Kansas City roads are hard on suspension. Potholes, patched asphalt and winter freeze-thaw cycles wear out struts, bushings and joints faster than most owners expect, and the symptoms creep up slowly — a floaty ride, clunks over bumps, uneven tire wear, or a steering wheel that no longer returns to center.
We inspect the whole system on the lift: strut and shock condition and leakage, coil springs, control arms and bushings, ball joints, sway bar links and end bushings, tie rod ends, the steering rack, wheel bearings and hub assemblies. Worn parts are identified by measured play and movement, not guesswork.
What's Included
Repairs range from a single tie rod end to complete strut assemblies front and rear. Because loose steering and suspension components are an automatic Missouri State Inspection failure, we'll flag anything that won't pass and give you a clear quote before we touch it.
Any time suspension or steering parts are replaced the vehicle should be aligned afterward — otherwise the new parts and your tires wear out early. We do the alignment in-house right after the repair, so it's one appointment and one shop.
