KCAUTOWORX performs Missouri State Inspections at our 39th Street shop in Kansas City. If you're registering a vehicle, transferring a title or renewing plates and the state is asking for a safety inspection certificate, this is the appointment you need.
A Missouri safety inspection covers the systems the state cares about most: brakes, steering and suspension components, tires and wheels, lighting and signals, horn, mirrors, glazing and wipers, exhaust system, fuel system, and the condition of the frame and body mounts. We put the vehicle on the lift and work the checklist properly rather than waving it through.
What's Included
If something fails, you're not stuck. Because we're a full-service repair shop, the brake, suspension, tire or lighting work needed to pass can be quoted and completed in-house — usually without a second trip across town. We'll tell you exactly which items failed and what the repair costs before anything is started.
