The fabrication side of KCAUTOWORX is where the builds come from. We do TIG and MIG welding, mandrel tube bending and sheet metal fabrication in-house — the work that happens when the part you need doesn't exist off the shelf.
TIG welding gives us clean, precise welds on aluminum and stainless for intake piping, catch cans, brackets and finish-visible work. MIG handles steel structure and repair work: mounts, supports, floor and rocker panel repairs, bumper and hitch mounting, and trailer and rack work.
What's Included
Mandrel bending keeps a consistent tube diameter through the bend instead of crushing it, which matters for exhaust and intake systems where flow is the whole point. Custom exhaust routing, intercooler and charge piping, roll structure and chassis bracing all start with correctly bent tube.
Sheet metal fabrication covers panels, floors, firewalls, heat shielding, interior brackets and one-off pieces cut, formed and finished to fit your vehicle. Bring us the problem rather than a part number — tell us what you're trying to build and we'll tell you what's possible and what it takes.
